He received this honor for declaring in a 2014 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-R9cHaC48-I\" target=\"_blank\">campaign video<\/a> while running for governor, &#8220;Affordable health care is a right.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Q: What is an honorary Framologist?
